A few kilometers north of Agadir, the fishing village of Tagahzout became a surfing Mecca. Presumably the coast of Morocco's best surfspots as Killer Point, Anchor Point Banana Point, Hash Point, Boilers or Mysteries. Reef breaks with long lines and excellent beach breaks offer ideal conditions for both beginners and experienced surfers. In addition, the coast is protected by Cap Ghir and enjoys exceptional conditions ensolleilement, with more than 300 hours of sunshine per year.
At the heart of surfers paradise, Banana Village between Taghazout and Devil's Rock Surf Camp offers a formula "toutcompris." Completely renovated in 2008, comfortable surfhouse offers accommodation, rich cuisine which contains local specialties (Couscous, tagines) and a chillout on the roof terrace with stunning views of the sunset and the ocean. |
